OH MY MANTRA!
I used to be like you…
I used to constantly overthink myself into inaction and then beat myself up for not “doing more.”
I used to convince myself that I was scrolling for motivation when in reality I was spiralling in life’s number one killjoy — comparison. I used to quit, sabotage and completely derail my progress whenever anything challenging or unexpected arose in my life.
Ultimately, I got really good at finding every reason under the sun to procrastinate the very thing I thought I “should” be doing in the first place.
The moment everything changed was the moment I accepted that LIFE was never going to have a shortage of challenges or obstacles for me to move through. So i’d better figure out a way to roll with the punches or get bulldozed by them.
This shift in perspective is where our LIFT mantra was born.
But this unique transformational experience is the culmination of a 12 year journey that started with body building, lead to Personal Training, evolved into Life Coaching and has now blended into a personal heart-centred mission, changing the face of fitness through embodiment — LIFT to live.
The concepts I share in Conscious LIFT are the tools and resources that took me from having an extremely tumultuous relationship with my body to restoring and relying on my body to consciously move me through the hardest chapters of my life.
Let’s Talk Transformation
You already know you want more. You’re not new to the desire of bettering yourself. You are curious and ready to understand what it means to love yourself wholly. You know you should prioritize yourself but you feel guilty for doing so.
Whether influenced by family dynamics, cultural traditions, or societal expectations that place the woman as the caretaker for everyone but herself, you find yourself in a constant cycle of overcommitting. Saying yes when you mean no, stretching yourself thin. In those fleeting moments of “free time,” you turn to mindless scrolling, trying to evade the sensations of self-abandonment and resentment that echo through your body.

You know you should move your body and make better lifestyle choices but your mindset seems to favour instant gratification over long term satisfaction.
We live in an ‘Amazon Prime’ society — where we expect everything with next day delivery. And when it doesn’t happen as fast as we’d like we act impulsively for the instant dopamine hit that distracts us from the dissatisfaction we feel from continually giving up on our goals, our vision and ourselves.
And I know…you are tired of beating yourself up and being so critical of your body.
